Our Mission

Our mission at BIS is to create solutions and systems for our clients that are simple to operate, easy to maintain and fast to deploy. We have identified that small and medium sized businesses often don’t have the resources that are needed for complex solutions created by industry leaders which demand a premium for their solutions and their subsequent setup and implementation, plus more often than not, paid training or education for your employees.

Our Vision

What we have envisioned at BIS is to create a future where different types of software are made accessible even to small and medium sized businesses, which today maybe don’t have the resources needed for other larger enterprise solutions already offered on the market. As these solutions more often than not are geared towards bigger companies that can pay the premium for increased efficiency because of the scale at which they operate.

Our Philosophy

The philosophy that we have adopted at BIS is to simplify everything. This meaning that we discard anything deemed as unnecessary or replace anything that is too complex for the problem that it solves with a simpler, more efficient solution. We also believe that you should only pay for what you use as it builds trust with the clients with them noticing that you aren’t trying to squeeze them for as much money as possible by adding things that aren’t directly useful to you but yet still included in the deal.

Our Strategy

Our strategy at BIS is to firstly identify the clients’ problem, then evaluating the type of software that is needed and integrating with other technologies the company may use. If there is no match, then we start from the ground up. Firstly by identifying the systems and back-end logic that needs to be setup for the software’s proper functioning. Afterwards we design the UX and develop the front-end so it can be used cross-platform. We also provide continuous support and maintenance after project completion.
